Net Replacement Film (NRF)
Silawrap NRF replaces net with plastic film, adding extra layers of film tight around the barrel of the bale on combination baler-wrappers like the McHale Fusion. The extra film improves the oxygen barrier, so bales store better and come out as higher-quality silage.
Because there is no net to separate from the film when you open a bale, it also saves work at feeding, holds the bale in shape and cuts the risk of damage from vermin. More than 20 million bales have been made with NRF since it was developed in 2015.
